Tim Yu Founded ZUBU

Tim Yu embarked on a remarkable journey that led to the founding of ZUBU in 2020. After moving from Taiwan to study at the University of British Columbia, Tim’s career spanned multiple industries before entering the restaurant sector. Prior to ZUBU, he managed residential and commercial construction projects, developing strong leadership and operational experience. Within a short period of time, Tim successfully launched five ZUBU locations in the Greater Vancouver area, including three company-owned restaurants, one central processing kitchen, and one franchise location. His entrepreneurial vision continues to guide the growth of the ZUBU brand
