Sridhar Balakrishnan CEO, Duroflex

I bring over two decades of leadership experience across diverse industries — including consumer goods, media, building materials, and now sleep and wellness. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the opportunity to lead large multifunctional teams, manage P&L responsibilities across domestic and international markets, and drive complex business transformations.
Currently, I serve as Group CEO at Duroflex, where I’m focused on scaling the business profitably while strengthening our leadership in sleep and comfort solutions. Prior to this, I was MD & CEO at ACC Limited, a listed entity, where I led both short-term performance and long-term strategic initiatives. My roles at STAR India and Marico gave me exposure to subscription-driven business models, innovation-led growth, and multifunctional leadership across regions like South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
I’ve had the privilege of managing diverse teams, integrating acquisitions, turning around underperforming units, and building new engines of growth. Whether it's driving change in legacy organizations or building high-performance cultures, I believe in the power of clear strategy, empowered teams, and disciplined execution.
