A passionate entrepreneur, I leverage my experience gained through a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to drive innovation within the snack industry. My professional journey commenced when I joined my family's business, Greendot Health Foods Private Limited, widely recognized by the brand 'Cornitos'. In my early years, I enthusiastically applied my educational background to optimize systems and contribute towards New Product Development which led to the launch of a novel snack product called ‘Crusties’. My deep-rooted interest in cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset led me to develop a heightened focus in Marketing and in Business Development. I ventured into various facets of our business, making significant contributions in crafting comprehensive business strategies and expanding our existing customer base.
