Prior to joining Pladis, Pawan spent over six years at Britannia Industries, where he honed his skills in managing both biscuit and cake formats, contributing significantly to brand success and market
leadership. His impactful contribution to iconic brands like Britannia GoodDay (India’s 2nd largest biscuit brand) and Britannia Cakes (India’s largest packaged cake brand) have been standout achievements in his professional journey.
In his earlier role, Pawan also handled Chik Shampoo, widely recognised for bringing the sachet revolution in India. Additionally, his experiences at CavinKare and Cargill India solidified his expertise in market development across diverse categories such as personal care, edible oil, and atta. His proven track record in implementing innovative marketing strategies and driving business growth
