Patralika Agrawal is the Head of Marketing at TechnoSport and a driving force behind the brand’s next phase of consumer engagement and storytelling. With over 16 years of experience across India’s top creative agencies and global retail leaders, she brings a rare blend of strategic clarity, cultural intuition, and operational discipline to the organisation.
Patralika began her career across Ogilvy, JWT and TBWA, where she honed the fundamentals of brand building, understanding people deeply, translating cultural insight into powerful ideas, and shaping communication that resonates across audiences. Her journey took a defining leap at IKEA India, where she played a central role in launching the brand’s first stores in Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai and Bengaluru. It was here that she learned what it truly means to build a global brand from the ground up: grounding emotion in data, balancing creativity with commercial sense, and crafting experiences that stay with people long after the moment.
Since joining TechnoSport, Patralika has been at the forefront of the company’s marketing transformation. She is leading the creation of TechnoSport’s first Marketing Centre of Excellence, integrating brand strategy, consumer intelligence, omni-channel presence and insight-led creativity into a cohesive, long-term growth engine. Her focus goes beyond campaigns, she is building a marketing system designed to influence behaviour, strengthen the brand’s cultural relevance, and elevate the consumer’s relationship with TechnoSport.
