Malini Adapureddy Founder, Deconstruct

An engineering graduate from IIT Kharagpur, Malini Adapureddy is the founder of Deconstruct, a science-based skincare brand. Prior to establishing Deconstruct, Malini served in multiple functional areas, ranging from supply operations to marketing in companies of prominent brands such as Flipkart, Procter & Gamble and Kraft Heinz & Company and has over 11 years of experience building brands and product ranges that resonate with customers across consumer and retail segments. After witnessing several brands engaging in what Malini refers to as ‘Fairytale Marketing’, she decided to create potent and efficacious products that utilise unique formulations of actives to target specific skincare concerns. Through extensive research and scientific backing, Malini has been able to create a range of serums, face washes, moisturizers, sunscreens and body care products, and a brand that aims to empower people to make informed decisions rather than triggering impulsive consumerism.
