Kashika Malhotra, Director Brandman Retail- I am a business development leader and social entrepreneur passionate about building brands with purpose and creating opportunities that empower communities. Currently, I head Business Development and Partner Brands at Brandman Retail Ltd., where I identify growth opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and help bring global lifestyle and performance brands
Beyond retail, I’m deeply committed to women’s wellness and sustainable fashion. I founded Yoginii, a women’s wellness initiative, and Saheli: The Yoginii Circle, a community platform for honest conversations around health, hormones, mental wellbeing, and periods—because wellness should feel like home, not a luxury. Earlier, I founded RAMP and TrustME to promote socially responsible fashion and sustainability.
My professional journey includes roles at Bain & Company, KPMG, BCG, HSBC, and Ernst & Young, where I honed expertise in market research, strategy, and impact-driven growth. Academically, I hold a dual MA (Hons) in Management and Sustainable Development from the University of St. Andrews and the National University of Singapore. My research on women’s social entrepreneurship was published internationally, and I’m currently writing on environmental auditing’s role in responsible business.
I thrive at the intersection of business strategy, community building, and purpose-driven leadership—collaborating with brands, changemakers, and partners to create growth that’s not only profitable but also meaningful.
