Head of Business Development for Radisson Hotel Group with 180 hotels in operation and under construction. I’m responsible for leading Radisson Hotel Group’s expansion plans by adding new hotels across the brand segments in India, Nepal, Bhutan and Srilanka.
Beyond the primary role of adding more flags to RHG’s portfolio through implementation of an ambitious development plan, I’m also responsible for maintaining owner relations, timely opening of pipeline projects and constant expansion of company PNL through entering right markets with suitable products & appropriate branding of assets and approaching the business from an investor’s perspective for 360 degree packaged business cases across the region.
With more than 16 years of experience in hotel developments, business expansion planning and strategic organizational growth, my past stints include 5 years with Whitbread PLC, owner of Premier Inn, the largest chain of hotels in UK and another 5 years with Crowe Horwath Consultants, the largest network of hospitality consultants in the world,
Experience of multiple strategic assignments in more than 100 South Asian hotel markets involving development consulting, feasibility studies, hotel valuations, portfolio acquisitions and market entry strategies for hotel companies, real estate developers, hotel owners, investment funds and UHNIs.
