Arjun Toor works at the intersection of food, usage behaviour, and commercial decision-making. With over a decade and a half of experience across hospitality sectors and channels of distribution mainly hedged with consumer-facing businesses, his experience centres on how ordering habits form, how formats perform over time, and why certain brands earn regular use while others fade after initial traction.
His early exposure came through hospitality operations in the UK where volume-driven environments demanded speed, coordination, and accuracy. Performance was visible in daily numbers, and small lapses in service or staffing translated swiftly into lost throughput. This phase built a practical understanding of how menus, pricing, and service models operate under sustained demand.
Arjun has worked across quick service outlets, casual dining formats, and bar-led businesses, leading responsibilities spanning location launches, menu stabilisation, staffing structures, and store-level performance reviews across multiple cities. These roles helped surface consistent patterns in consumer decision-making, driven by convenience, price comfort, and time availability, particularly on working days. In his role as Business Head at Hyperpure, Arjun led centralised operations across regions, gaining deep exposure to robust supply chain management, vendor rationalisation, and cost optimisation at scale. This experience strengthened his understanding of how tightly aligned procurement, pricing, and regional execution can unlock margin efficiencies without compromising consistency.
