Ravi Krishnan, a seasoned business leader with over 13 years of experience, is the Head of Flipkart Labs. In his current role, he develops innovative solutions to leverage emerging technologies such as 3D/AR, Web-3 and Generative AI to drive the next wave of e-commerce customer delight and growth. He joined Flipkart in 2015 and has held various senior leadership positions across Strategy, Growth, and P&L Management. He has been instrumental in defining overall business strategy and scaling the brand's capabilities such as consumer financing, product exchange, and VAS (Value Added Services) to drive overall business growth, profitability, and competitive advantage. Prior to joining Flipkart, Ravi was a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group in Chennai, where he worked on multiple Strategy and Transformation projects across sectors to help businesses achieve significant improvements in their performance. Ravi holds an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and B.Tech & M.Tech degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
