Karthik was one of the first hires at PUMA India. As part of the founding team in 2006, he laid the foundation for the Retail business and was one of the founding architects of the unique and differentiated PUMA culture. Staying true to PUMA’s pioneering spirit, Karthik forged new paths in the industry by recognizing the importance of a consistent and distinguished experience in delivering brand and product promise. Karthik was responsible for the elevation of PUMA’s stores, building deep rooted brand culture and defining new customer experiences. In his current role, Karthik leads the No 1 Sports Brand in India with a focus on continued brand elevation, profit, market share expansion and operational efficiency.
