Udit L Founder, Cuminco

Udit Lekhi is Co-founder of Cumin Co., where he leads product development, manufacturing, operations and finance. He co-founded the company with Niharika Joshi after finding flakes of non-stick coating on their daughter’s plate—a moment that became the question the business was built on. He brings fifteen years across strategy and consumer growth. At Zomato, as Head of Growth and Strategic Partnerships, he led Zomato Gold across ten countries, scaling it 2.5 times in a year. At Mastercard he was a Director and Senior Managing Consultant, leading growth and digital transformation programmes internationally. His earlier career spans Deloitte, KPMG, EY-Parthenon and Snapdeal. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business.
