Since co-founding Bazaar Style Retail Limited in 2013, I've had the privilege of overseeing the reshaping of our business model, focusing on areas such as Tax, Corporate Finance, regulatory frameworks, Retail, Business Analysis, and Financial Analysis. My belief in fostering inclusivity in fashion has been a positive force in creating cohesive and accessible trends for our diverse consumer base. With a foundation in accounting and finance from St. Xavier's College and experience as a seasoned Chartered Accountant, I've been fortunate to contribute at every stage of shaping the transition to Bazaar Style Private Limited, as well as overseeing the establishment of 165 stores for the brand,with the esteemed management core committee members. Leading a strategic expansion into Tier-II and Tier-III cities across 9 states, particularly in the Northeastern and Eastern regions of India, I've had the opportunity to introduce unique pricing strategies and carefully curated brand selections. Throughout this journey, my commitment to innovation and sustainability has been driven by a humble desire to contribute positively to the industry, shaping a future defined by creativity and resilience.
