Sambit Dash Partner, RPSG Capital Ventures

Sambit Dash is a consumer brand builder and investor with 15+ years of experience in global and Indian brands. Currently, he is a Partner at RPSG Capital Ventures, an early-stage consumer VC fund, where he backs and scales emerging brands. Before that, he led marketing at Honasa Consumer (Mamaearth, The DermaCo), Nestlé, and Yum! Brands’ Taco Bell, giving him first-hand insight into how franchised and multi-outlet brands grow. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Sambit brings an operator’s and investor’s view to the jury, looking at brand strength, consumer relevance, and scalable growth.
