Kashika Malhotra, Director, Head of Business Development, Brandman Retail - I am a business development leader and social entrepreneur passionate about building brands with purpose and creating opportunities that empower communities. Currently, I head Business Development and Partner Brands at Brandman Retail Ltd., where I identify growth opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and help bring global lifestyle and performance brands. Beyond retail, I’m deeply committed to women’s wellness and sustainable fashion. I founded Yoginii, a women’s wellness initiative, and Saheli: The Yoginii Circle, a community platform for honest conversations around health, hormones, mental wellbeing, and periods—because wellness should feel like home, not a luxury. Earlier, I founded RAMP and TrustME to promote socially responsible fashion and sustainability.
