Nipun is an Analytics leader with 12 years of experience spanning across industries like eCommerce, Retail & Travel. Currently working at Flipkart, he is leading the Customer Experience Analytics. His current work involves using data & analytics to move towards predictive customer service.
Under his leadership, Flipkart won the award on "Best Use of Data/ Predictive Analytics to improve Customer Experience" in Customer Fest Show, twice in a row. Prior to Flipkart, he has worked with leading organizations including eBay, Cognizant as well as ventured into entrepreneurship with his start-up in the area of retail analytics. His professional experience has been enhanced by his MBA from I.I.M. Lucknow&B.Tech. from N.I.T. Trichy.
