Adrit Mishra is the Chief Operating Officer at Tata Starbucks Private Ltd, the 50/50 joint
venture between Starbucks Coffee Company and Tata Global Beverages Limited.
Adrit was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in July 2023 and currently leads operations,
product, and marketing at Tata Starbucks. Adrit began his career as an Assistant Manager at
Tata Motors and further served as manager at Croma and Tata Housing before joining Starbucks
India. Since his entry into the company as Operations Manager in 2013 for Starbucks, he has
played a pivotal role in shaping the success story of the brand, leading growth and market
presence while overseeing operations for the company.
In addition to his professional achievements, Adrit holds an MBA from the Indian Institute
of Management, Calcutta, along with a master’s degree in Statistics and a bachelor’s degree
in technology
