Stuti Ashok GuptaPrincipal: Brand & Vision, Amrutam

A part-time therapist and published writer, she straddles spaces between community curation, storytelling and visual artistry, weaving them in beautiful narratives inspired by her life experiences and travels. She began her entrepreneurial journey in 2017 and decided to take her family business of making authentic ayurvedic recipes online. With an inclination towards natural, minimal and sustainable lifestyle, Stuti has been instrumental is transforming and shaping Amrutam’s identity alongside building a global wellness community of Ayurveda enthusiasts. At 17, she started working with Gramiksha, a not-for-profit organization that works for children’s education and by 21, she published her first book – Sublimation, a collection of poems. Apart from her work as a business woman and mental health professional, Stuti is supremely passionate about traveling – an inheritance from her parents – and can be often found looking for tickets for her next flight. Amalgamating her love for travel and community, she also co-founded The Lost Tribe Hostels, a chain of backpacker hostels located in Goa and Manali, in 2016. Stuti completed her graduation from Christ University, Bangalore and has a master’s in Clinical Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Science, Calicut.
