A testimony of which is her 20 years’ experience panning across different roles under the retail marketing and revenue domain. The feathers in her hat are product launches, category innovations, communication breakthroughs, product development, store management and staff training. Her knowledge and interpersonal skills have helped many international brands get a solid foothold in India in terms of not just revenue but scale. She currently spearheads a team of 200+ employees and is geared to change the face of the challenger brand into a leading name in the lingerie category with her re-launch strategy. With her action plans across stores, Ecom, trading, emerging business opportunities & partnerships she is determined to achieve a multifaceted growth for Wacoal India, and make a mark as India's most inspiring and top influencing women.
