At The New Shop, Mani is building tech solutions to big problems retail faces each day: pilferage control, sku mix identification, seamless integration of applications, customer identification and analysis, insights etc . He with his team has built an end-to-end inventory management system which brings pilferage costs to <0.8%, a cloud based POS that costs only Rs.10k, a real-time data analytics engine for insights & trends and a mobile application for hyperlocal deliveries within 30 minutes. His passion lies in making TNS the best retail model in the world through a thorough use of data and technology. The next big thing he is excited to work on is India’s first cashierless store.
