Vaibhav Rai is the Head of E-commerce business at Mars Wrigley India. He leads the online business for Mars Wrigley in India, which includes chocolates, gums, mints & fruity confectionary with some of the most loved brands globally like Snickers, M&M’s, Orbit, Bounty, Skittles, Twix etc. He has been associated with Mars for more than 6 years now.
Having completed over a decade in FMCG sales, he has previously worked with brands like Coca-Cola & Amul. He is a firm believer of “Make it happen“ with a strong growth mindset & keeps people at the heart of every decision. He is currently leading the 2X growth agenda for Mars Wrigley online business in India & has a past history of accelerated growth across various channels & geographies.
Vaibhav has worked across all sales channels like Traditional Trade, Modern Trade and now Ecommerce across multiple regions in India. He brings a strong understanding of different sales channel, route to market & customer focus to the table.
Vaibhav lives in Gurgaon & in his free time he loves to play sports, he actively plays tennis, basketball and cricket. He is an avid traveler & loves to explore new destinations.
