As one of the founding members of Zlade, the entrepreneurial wunderkind played a pivotal role in setting up the business and has been spearheading the team since the past 4.5 years. His key responsibility is to supervise the product launch, including idea generation, sourcing and vendor negotiation. He also oversees the company’s e-commerce platforms and digital marketing initiatives, along with managing investor and media relations. A Business Administration graduate, Suraj envisions Zlade to be the front-runner in the personal grooming segment and a household name in the next 5 years. He is currently on track to launch a sub-brand in the women's shaving and hair removal products market by Q1 2020. Additionally, he has plans of partnering with modern retail channels to expand Zlade’s geographical presence, starting with Maharashtra and Goa from this month.
