Manas is an HR leader with over two decades of experience of working with several well-known Indian & multinational organizations in leadership roles. He has worked with companies such as Schneider Electric, Idea Cellular Ltd, Tata Group & TAFE in the past having led several strategic & transformational leadership assignments. In his current assignment, he heads the HR & IR function for TTK Prestige Ltd. which is India’s largest Kitchen appliances company and one of the most trusted Indian Brands. He is also instrumental in driving the HR transformation & change Management process for one of the very old corporate houses in India i.e. TTK Group.
