With a Management degree from Oxford Brookes, UK, Mandeep holds more than a decade of proven experience in MNCs in FMCG and hospitality like Pernod Ricard, Marriott International. Mandeep joined Soothe in 2015 and currently heads Sales & strategy for the organization. He built the sales and distribution for Soothe in over 4 years and leads the sales structure of more than 800 people.During his tenure at Pernod Ricard India, he was responsible for managing key accounts in INR 600+ Cr revenue for Delhi region and handling portfolio ofbrands like Absolut, Chivas Regal, Glenlivet and 100 Pipers to name a few. He was instrumental in achieving market leadership in establishing key markets in Delhi. His commitment to join a growing company and creating a brand was reflected when he joined Soothe Healthcare as Head of Sales with the purpose of driving sales pan India and in an endeavor to expand and build a sustainable business. Today heading Sales & Strategy, Mandeep is highly passionate and envisions disseminating his knowledge and experience in creating portfolio of products and brand at Soothe in the near future.
