Bhavana Jaiswal is currently the Country eCommerce Manager (Head) for IKEA India. She has over 15 years’ experience in driving digital marketing and DTC eCommerce for brands like Levi’s, Nike, Amazon & eBay. Her primary areas of interest are developing and executing successful implementation of Customer Journeys and Product Roadmaps. She completed her Masters from MICA, Ahmedabad with specialization in Brand Management.
