Barathi Srinivasan is a Partner with Kearney and is super passionate about partnering with consumer goods players, manufacturers and retail players on consumer- centric digital enablement, with a focus on a “end- customer obsessed” perspective to e- commerce, direct- to- consumer approaches and omnichannel strategy. She has deep expertise in D2C and digital business frontiers, drawing upon nearly a decade of experience at Amazon, where she was in a variety of leadership roles across category/ business leadership, new business (private brands) launches, product/ technology and operations/ supply chain leadership. Barathi holds a B. Tech (Hons.) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, an M.S. from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), USA and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad.
