She is equipped with business roles in the fashion apparel industry across categories; for instance, Lacoste (menswear), Mother Care (Kidswear), Lenskart (Accessories), and is currently operating as Vice President, Planning, E-commerce, and Training at Forever New, India.
She plays varied roles as a full-time professional in the fashion retail sector, a mother, an actor, and a mentor. With her career spanning 23 years in the fashion and retail industry, she has embodied skills in product buying & merchandising business planning, and eCommerce.
She is instrumental in leading the team to achieve business goals of sales and profit and derives her energy from people, meaningful conversations, and from within herself. Her belief in the free expression of self and emotions made her delve into theatre as an actor. She has also begun mentoring kids and teenagers with acting and the art of theatre.
A proud and happy mother of 2 teenage daughters, she believes in progressive education and learning over the conventional educational system.
