Mr. Gaurav Khurana is the Chief Marketing Officer at PAYBACK India. He is responsible for undertaking strategic decisions for partners' acquisition along with delivering on PAYBACK's marketing goal.

With over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and product management, customer engagement, loyalty, consumer research and insights; Mr. Khurana brings to the company marketing techniques and methods garnered across various industry segments like automobiles, financial products and consumer market research.

Prior to joining PAYBACK, he was associated with American Express Group for six years. His expertise revolves around sales, brand and product management, customer engagement, loyalty and consumer research and insights along with marketing analytics. His business acumen enabled the company to explore and successfully drive many deals in loyalty space like Samsung, Unilever, Trident Hotels, Carzonrent and Easy Cabs.
